LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. is built using infrastructure provided by a third party website hosting provider.

The third party website hosting provider provides website hosting, security systems, and platform functionality. The third party website hosting provider operates independently from Sancturon and LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP.

Users agree to comply with the third party website hosting provider platform requirements when accessing LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. services.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

By using LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. services, you agree that:

  • You provide accurate and truthful information

  • You will follow participation and collaboration rules

  • You will not misuse or attempt to damage platform systems

  • You will respect intellectual property and contributor rights

Users who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating in collaboration or submission programs.

4. Services Provided

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. provides creative, collaborative, and educational services including but not limited to:

  • Animation and storyboard production

  • Digital tutorial and training content

  • Creative collaboration divisions

  • Commission-based creative projects

  • Promotional and branding development

  • Structured participation programs including MPBSCA and DTICR systems

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. services may operate under collaboration or educational participation frameworks rather than employment agreements.

5. Collaboration and Participation Programs

MPBSCA (Merit Point Based System Collaboration Agreement)

Participation in MPBSCA programs is voluntary and designed to structure collaborative contributions within LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. projects.

Participation does not automatically create employment, partnership, or ownership rights unless explicitly stated in written agreements.

DTICR Merit Point Allocation System

DTICR tracks collaboration contributions and participation performance.

Merit points:

  • Are used internally to track contribution levels

  • Do not represent financial currency

  • Do not guarantee compensation, rewards, or employment

  • May be used for internal program recognition or advancement opportunities

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. reserves the right to modify participation systems when necessary.

6. Commissions and Paid Services

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. may offer commission-based contract under the (MPBSCA) or paid creative services.

Users agree that:

  • Project requirements must be clearly communicated

  • Payment terms must be agreed upon before work begins

  • Sancturon reserves the right to decline projects

  • Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated before project confirmation

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP., including but not limited to:

  • Logos and branding

  • Tutorials and educational materials

  • Animation and storyboard content

  • MPBSCA and DTICR system frameworks

  • Software, digital tools, and documentation

are owned by LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. unless otherwise stated.

User Submissions

By submitting content, artwork, or contributions to LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. projects, users grant LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. permission to:

  • Review submitted materials

  • Use submissions for collaboration or project development

  • Display or promote contributions related to LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. projects

Ownership and credit rights may be further defined in project-specific agreements.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Disrupt collaboration programs

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content

  • Misrepresent participation or contribution records

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. reserves the right to remove users or submissions that violate these rules.

9. Termination of Access

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. may suspend or terminate user participation or access if:

  • Terms of Service are violated

  • Collaboration rules are breached

  • Platform security is threatened

  • Required participation standards are not met

Termination decisions may be made at LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP.’s discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

LOVAITHOPE and LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. are not liable for:

  • Loss of collaboration opportunities

  • Technical interruptions or platform downtime

  • Third-party service failures

  • Loss of user-submitted data beyond reasonable control

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services

Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

11. Third-Party Services

LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. may integrate third-party platforms including:

  • Discord

  • Payment processing services

  • File sharing platforms

  • External collaboration tools

Third-party services operate under their own policies and LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. is not responsible for their practices or service performance.

12. Privacy

Use of LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORP. services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Services or Terms
